Is it free to register with Every Step Holdings?
Yes, Sign Up free and you will get your unique Every Step Holdings South African postal address instantly to shop South African.
Can I ship perfume and other items classified as Dangerous Goods?
We are certified to ship perfumes, nail polish, cologne, paint, hair spray in aerosol can and other Dangerous Goods, (DG). There are additional Courier Dangerous Goods (DG) surcharge and repacking fee on top of the shipping cost. For more information see our dedicated Dangerous Goods page.
Can I use my address to forward mail/letter?
We do not forward mail/letter(s). This include any application letter or letter containing activation code.
Can I use my address to apply for services, finance related product, credit/debit card, passport, register company or use it as my company address?
Absolutely Not!
Can I use your address as my ecommerce store's return address?
Yes, you can by subscribing to our Premium Membership.
Do you ship from South African to South African address?
We may be able to subject to verification of your address. If approved, we can only ship to your verified address. Oly DHL is offered for sending to South African addresses.
What is your opening time for processing orders and accept deliveries?
Our opening time is from 08:30 - 16:00 Monday to Friday and 08:30 - 12:30 Saturday. Closed on South African public holidays.
Is Every Step Holdings address a valid South African address?
Yes. Your Every Step Holdings South African address is a regular South African postal and physical address, not a PO Box.
Can I shop groceries from South African supermarkets?
Yes. You can buy from Makro, Woolworth, Checkers, Shoprite, Spar and many more, we receive on your behalf, pack and ship it.
Do Every Step Holdings accept goods from outside South Africa?
Yes. We can accept goods from anywhere. There may be Tax and Duty for importing goods from outside South Africa.
Can I use my Courier or provide prepaid label for shipping or collect it?
Absolutely Not!
Do shipping rates include Tax and Duty charges?
Shipping rates do not include any Tax and Duty. These will be levied by the destination country according to local laws and paying such charges is your responsibility.
How much does it cost to use your service?
You pay for shipping cost and any other services you requested. For example, for 1 package you pay only Shipping cost. If you have 2 packages, you pay Shipping cost + Consolidation fee. No Hidden Fees
How can I pay?
We accept payment by Payfast, Credit Card and Bank Transfer. For Payfast and Credit Card, one time verification may be necessary before we provide you any services. We may request for bank wire transfer payment at our discretion.
How long will you take to update me after receiving my parcel?
We process as quickly as we possibly can. We typically notify you within 6 hours from receipt, but it depends on the time we receive it during our opening hours. Delivery late on Friday or on Saturday will be processed the next business day.
Do you open parcels?
Yes. We open parcels to check for any illegal and prohibited goods. For the security of our Staff and your Goods, our premises operate continuous video recording.
Who do you work with to ship my parcels?
We offer to ship using the best to get your parcels shipped to you securely and quickly at the lowest cost. Our shipping partners include DHL, FedEx. Availability subject to destination and item restrictions.
What else can you not ship?
We cannot ship prohibited goods and goods prohibited for importation into the destination country.
Can you ship medication?
We cannot ship any form of medication, some supplements and goods restricted/prohibited in destination countries. If unsure feel free to ask.
Can I order several items and ship together?
Yes. We can combine multiple items or parcels to save you on shipping cost. You can select Consolidation in your Dashboard, make payment and let Every Step Holdings do the rest.
Do you ship by sea?
We offer shipping by air only. Use the Shipping Calculator to check the Carriers we offer to your country. If you are unable to get rates, contact us at parcel.forwarding@everystep.co.za for more information.
Some online stores offer a different address to my Every Step Holdings address, which one should I use?
Some stores may offer you suggested address from their database. Please do not use the suggested address, instead enter the address manually as shown in your Dashboard
